(Note) The occupancy rate is the percentage of total rentable area made up by the total rented area of real property and other assets owned by the Investment Corporation as of the end of each month. For properties using the scheme in which MTR leases the land and building or the building from a fiduciary trust company under a master lease agreement and then subleases it to tenants (if the scheme is partially used, the portion to which the scheme is applied), the occupancy rates are calculated based on those stated in the sublease agreements. For properties using a master lease agreement under which rent income is linked to rents under sublease agreements or a pass-through master lease agreement (if any of these agreements is partially used, the portion to which the agreement is applied), the figures in parentheses for the occupancy rate of these properties are the occupancy rates calculated based on the sublease agreements.
