(MTR) is an investment corporation established primarily for the purpose of investing funds in and managing real estate and other assets specified in MTR's articles of incorporation, based on the Law Concerning Investment Trusts and Investment Corporations of Japan and other related laws. MTR’s basic asset management policies are:
