(Note 1) The 42nd fiscal period (ending February 28, 2023) is an irregular length of five months due to the merger with MORI TRUST Hotel Reit, Inc. (dated March 1, 2023).
(Note 2) Regarding the forecast distribution for the 43rd fiscal period and 44th fiscal period, the distribution after the investment unit split is posted because MTR implemented a 2-for-1 split of its investment units with March 1, 2023 as the effective date. Distribution per unit before considering the investment unit split is 3,400 yen for the 43rd fiscal period and is 3,456 yen for the 44th fiscal period.
(Note 3) Money Delivered Due to Merger per Unit for Final business period of MORI TRUST Hotel Reit, Inc. is 1,419 yen and the date for the beginning of Money Delivered Due to Merger is on May 22, 2023.
