Agreement Concerning the Provision of Information about Real Estate, etc.

MORI TRUST REIT has concluded a letter of agreement concerning the provision of information about real estate, etc. with Mori Trust, so that MORI TRUST REIT is able to obtain, on a preferential basis, sales information on real estate, etc. that is owned by the five companies in the Mori Trust Group (Mori Trust, Mori Trust Holdings, Mori Trust Hotels & Resorts, Manpei Hotel Co., Ltd. and Foretseine Co., Ltd.)

Agreement Concerning Sponsor Support

MORI TRUST REIT has also concluded a letter of agreement concerning sponsor support with Mori Trust Hotels & Resorts, enabling MORI TRUST REIT to receive information and exchange opinions on hotels and inns, etc. and the facilities attached to them, the principal use of which is as accommodation facilities, with Mori Trust Hotels & Resorts.
